Dear Rascassers,

We are happy to share exciting news about our restaurant and hope you are as excited as we are!

After careful consideration and in light of constantly changing eating habits and challenges in the culinary world and in times of staff shortages, we have decided to change our restaurant concept starting November 3.

We are abandoning the traditional à la carte and 6-course menu and embracing a new concept.

What does this mean for you guys?
From now on we will only offer a seasonal menu of 3- 4- or 5-courses, a perfect balance between fish and meat dishes.
We place a special emphasis on fish, especially the honest and recognizable Rascasse dishes we are so proud of.
Erwin has worked with great dedication and passion on this refreshing renewal, and we welcome you.

Tuesday we will be closed an extra day.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and confidence in our restaurant.

You are all part of our culinary journey, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Rascasse.
